Who we are

Claude Monitor by Ybá (“the extension”) is developed by Ybá Tecnologia – ybatecnologia.com.br.

What the extension accesses

To display your usage, the extension queries claude.ai's internal APIs using your browser's already-authenticated session (cookies). It reads only:

• usage percentages for the 5-hour session and the weekly limit;
• the reset times for those limits;
• your plan name (Pro, Max 5x, Max 20x).

The extension never sees your password and does not access your conversations.

What is stored – and where

Usage percentages, a local history of up to 30 days and your preferences are kept in chrome.storage.local, on your own computer. Nothing is transmitted outside the browser. Uninstalling the extension deletes everything.

You can also clear the history at any time under Settings › Clear usage history, inside the extension itself.

Permissions and why they are needed

• storage – keep your usage data and preferences locally.
• alarms – refresh the data periodically in the background.
• notifications – optional alerts when usage crosses 50%, 75%, 90% or 100%.
• Access to claude.ai – read your usage data within your own authenticated session.

Third-party services

The extension uses no third-party services: no Google Analytics, no trackers, no ad networks, no Ybá servers. The only network connection it makes is to claude.ai itself, to read your limits.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the “last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. Significant changes will also be described on the extension's Chrome Web Store page.
